HEART FOR LUTHER PARK

Heart for Luther Park is a much-loved annual tradition and is Luther Park's largest fundraiser, held on August 1, 2026, at our site on the shores of Prairie Lake just outside Chetek.

In August 2025, Heart for Luther Park raised about $26,000 and the 2026 event is on track to exceed that amount. This year, Heart for Luther Park will include a live quilt auction led by Bravo Benefit
Auctions, a silent auction, a maker's market, two separate raffles, concessions, canteen, crafts, and live music.

Many hard-working people donate these wonderful works of art to support the mission and ministry of Luther Park.

COMMON THREAD MAKER'S MARKET

What is the Common Thread Market?

The Common Thread Market is a maker’s market where you can find supplies for your next creative project. Market items will be available for a free-will donation benefiting Luther Park. With no set prices, guests can give what they feel led to give while finding inspiration for their next project.

Donate items to the Common Thread Market

We welcome donations of materials used in hobbies focused on making and building including (but not limited to) quilting, needlework, knitting, general crafting, specialty or heritage baking/cooking, soap making, woodworking, candle making, weaving, scrapbooking, painting, drawing, pottery, jewelry making, etc.

Donated items must be new or very, very gently used. Any items not claimed during the market will be donated to a local art thrift store.

QUILT AND SILENT AUCTION DONATIONS

We are accepting donations of quilts and silent auction items. Donations can be delivered starting May 1, with a final deadline of July 20, 2026. Please ensure each item is accompanied by a completed item form and carefully review the submission guidelines. Quilts received after July 20 may not be included in the auction catalog or listed online.

Note: Every individual item donated requires a separate donation form.

In the event of an overabundance of quilt donations, the Quilt Committee may need to limit the number of quilts from each organization or individual in the live auction to maintain a reasonable auction duration.

Quilt with blue and pale yellow triangular blocks and floral print panels in a geometric pattern (blue borders).
