Summer Camp & Retreat Needs
- Twin Sheet Sets (30 sets) – New only; white preferred for ease of cleaning.
- Air Conditioning Units for Shalom & Cabins – Ductless mini-splits. Eight 2-zone, Two 5-zone.
- Bagless Vacuum Cleaners (4 units) – Help keep spaces clean and allergen-free.
Facilities & Site Improvements
- Paint for Farm Buildings – Restore the charm of our historic farm site and protect buildings from wear. Contact the office if interested.
- Outdoor Bistro Sets (2 sets) – Small table-and-chair sets perfect for adult retreat guests. Weather-resistant materials preferred.
Vehicles & Grounds Equipment
- Golf Cart Batteries & Charger – Extend the life of our current fleet for staff and camper transport
- Boat Lift (for Pontoon & Fishing Boat) – Protect our boats and extend their usable life.
Technology & Worship Support
- Portable Projector – For flexible indoor and outdoor usage and staff training sessions.
- Canon EOS Rebel T7 DSLR Camera Kit (with lenses) – Help us capture high-quality photos and videos of campers, retreats, and the beauty of our Northwoods setting. Essential for telling the story of camp to donors, families, and churches.

- Fire Alarm System for Ministry Center Lower Level – Required to meet safety compliance. Approximately $12,000.
- Vehicle with Snow Plow attachment – Tool Cat
- Riding Lawn Mower (for Luther Woods) – Keep our trails and open spaces camper-ready.
- 15-Passenger Van – Help transport youth safely to off-site adventures and back.
- Pontoon Boat (30 ft or larger) – Expand waterfront experiences for worship, fishing, and fun.
