Lives Are Changed, Faith Is Nurtured,
Together Through Stories.

The love of Christ pours over and into campers’ lives in new ways all summer and throughout the year. Generations of family members
come year after year to build deeper bonds and share their faith together through stories with each other. Groups of all ages come
year-round to renew and grow. At the center of it all is the ministry of Luther Park Bible Camp.

Faithful History

Since 1932, Luther Park Bible Camp has been sharing the love and grace of Jesus Christ with thousands of children of all ages. Luther Park, together with pastors, staff, volunteers, donors from 130 supporting churches, and countless individuals, come together each year to nurture the spiritual, emotional and physical lives of these children of God.

Luther Park has a healthy and thriving ministry which strives to impact more lives for Christ. We are committed to steward this ministry to be
financially sustainable so we can continue this glorious vision.

Blessing And Challenge

The current facilities are not able to keep up with the growing ministry and needs of the campers and community. The limits of these buildings curtail the imaginative programs and group needs of both children and adult campers. At a time when many ministries face decline, Luther Park is celebrating the need for this timely investment to our camp facilities.
Our Chapel/Meeting Center is a wonderful 84-year-old structure and centerpiece of the current ministry on the campus, but it no longer meets the multitude of camp needs in a usable and safe way. A new Ministry Center will be a large gathering space for 288. Plans are to make it a multi-use, yearround facility with a large storm shelter and flexible space in the lower level which will include housing, meeting rooms and additional bathrooms.

The Dining Hall has been a work-horse space. This multi-purpose building is used as a meeting space, a large group event space, dining hall, and inclement weather shelter. The use of this space by groups year-round demands that improvements be made to the kitchen, bathrooms and dining room.

Building Lives Of Faith

This vision for Luther Park’s ministry requires a facility investment, and it will be imperative for all of us to step forward and prayerfully commit to Building and Rejoicing in a new way. The vision from the founding Luther League is still alive today through Building and Rejoicing. Building faith lives in all who spend time at camp. Rejoicing through the Holy Spirit sharing the love of Christ continues with your much needed commitment, and we can continue this vision for generations to come.

Building and Rejoicing Capital Campaign is an opportunity for the many supporters, donors, former staff and campers to pay it forward as we prepare Luther Park for a strong future. A beautiful new Ministry Center and renovated Dining Hall will provide the needed investment for this camp to live into the future.

We invite you to join in the Building of Lives, as you consider how you might be part of the faithful that share financial gifts making this investment in Luther Park’s ministry a reality.

Started with Luther Park Bible Camp (LPBC): I started at Luther Park in February of 2022 as the Associate Program Director, and wore a whole lot of different hats as we went through some major staffing changes during that year. In 2024 I moved into my current role, Program and Office Administrator.

In my role:I get to manage retreat planning and communication, camp registration, and other office manager duties such as managing the calendar, processing donations, and ordering supplies. If you call the office or contact the information email, odds are you’ll get to speak with me! I enjoy being the first line of communication with Luther Park, and helping everyone have the most successful time at camp that we can provide.

Geeks out over: I geek out over board games, crossword puzzles, songs with interesting time signatures, and competition reality shows

When its not summer: Outside of summer I like live music, horror books (but not movies!), playing guitar, and watching football- especially if it’s the Green Bay Packers

Started with Luther Park Bible Camp (LPBC): On May 22nd, 2023, only one week before staff training! Crazy time to begin at camp, but also as I keep saying, there is no better time to see how everything works at a new camp.

In my role: as the Executive Director, I oversee all the operations, programs, development, administration, and probably more at Luther Park. It is an absolute honor to be at the helm of an outdoor ministry site with such a beautiful and storied history. It is also such a joy to get to work with an amazing staff, board of directors, and many volunteers and supporters of Luther Park!

Geeks out over: coffee, the Milwaukee Brewers, college basketball, board games, the two best bands of all-time The Replacements and Pavement, smoking meat, movies, Italian subs, fantasy/sci-fi novels, and oh so much more.

When its not summer: I enjoy spending time with my wife, Allison, reading theology and fantasy books, exploring new restaurants, watching the Packers, Bucks, Wisconsin sports, doing fantasy sports, seeing live music, and visiting family.
